• Reviewing the estates functions, team and associated software for a national government agency with a regionally diverse portfolio
• Providing strategic recommendations and next steps including options appraisals and review methods of future delivery including staffing, IT, FM and estates practice.  

• Working within a multi-disciplinary team acting for a public sector client who was looking to rationalise several buildings into a single hub with capacity for over 1,000 staff.
• The procurement exercise was initiated by the legal team incorporating a three stage public processes.  We worked through each stage of the tender providing evaluation and commercial advices through to selection of a preferred bidder. 

Working in partnership with Economics and Grant Funding experts and local authority in-house teams, Ben has carried out several site appraisals and helped prepare and submit applications for the Brownfield Land Release Funds (BLRF) submissions in 2022, 2023&2024, One Public Estate (OPE) Revenue Funding and Levelling Up Fund (LUF)
